Master cylinder installation
I am switching master cyl and am stuck geting reservior lines back into ports. It has been awhile since I have done this and feel there must be a trick....Remember I have limited space for muscle application (not luxury of lift).
HELP ! Terry

Get some brake lubricant paste. Brake fluid will work, but the actual lube is better. Install the tubes into the master cylinder before bolting the MC up if you can. Consider new seals/grommets for the lines going into the MC.
It's not a fun job, any way you do it... ![]() --DD

Undue the clamp holding the brake reservoir to the bracket, this allows you to lower the lines and the reservoir down a foot or so below the car. Now you have the needed leverage to easily pop them into the master cylinder grommets. Took me about 30 seconds to pop both into place.
