Bearing question

Looking at my crank bearings, they have a "0.25" stamped on them. Does this mean my Case has been previously bored out, or my crank has been turned? What should the crank mic out to? Alledgedly, this motor was rebuilt before i got it. Think I need to get the case line bored? Everything i read says that its rare to need to do so on a type four.

Try posting this question on Raby's forum if you haven't already. Probably get a quick answer.
