rear wheels stuck
i recently installed a 2.0 engine in my car, replaced the clutch and new seals. now when i try to turn the rear wheels in any gear, they turn about 1/4 turn ,then there is a thud and they feel like they are hitting something. all gears, both directions. what have i screwed up now?

Did you take your CV joints apart and put them together wrong? If so they will bind up and not allow the wheel to spin. Search CV joints.
Edit:Just noticed this is a 914 not sure if this applies to you.
