Wheel wobble tolerence
Just can't leave this car alone. Probably found the reason for my shake & shimmy. Put a dial indicator against the Empi wheels. Ya know they ain't round a bit. Worst one is .026 side to side, and .066 out of round. Lot of glue on lead inside and outside. Guess it is time to "score" the rest of my 5 lug package.

So I measured the runout of my 928 S4 wheels. WAY MUCH BETTER!!! Liek .004 side to side. Now one major difference is the 928 wheels are Hub centric. 914/4 wheels are plain jane bolted to the hubs. Which still doesn't explain all the runnout and hop. wheels are definately bent. 914/6 front hubs are hubcentric. What are the options out back?
