Taco plate leak

I replaced my temp sending unit . I Used a new o Ring gasket. and paper gasket between upper and lower plates. I also used new crush washers on the bolts. As a result of my hard work I now have a significant oil leak . It drips about every 30 second more when it is warmed up. I took it back apart neither plate looks bent All gaskets were in correctly. Stll leaks like mad. The bolt are tight but not overtight . Its obvious to me I will need to use some sealant . What is the best to use and where should I use it. Any imput is welcome . I understand this is a common issue with this type of sender.
