Steering wheel help - Repair

I have a MOMO steering wheel that needs some help. The leather transition section that connects teh wheel to the horn area, center metal piece, is dry and pulling away from the metal. HELP.
There is some cracking on the wheel too.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Kerry

I have had some luck with getting luggage repair shops, or even shoe repair shops to help with steering wheels and shift knobs.

You have to find someone who is a craftsman though, not some kid working in the shoe repair stand at the mall.
