i run both 911 7x16 Fuchs and 911 7-&-8 x16 BBS on my car - and in both cases need to add spacers to fill the well (less for the 8's); I once had a set of BBS 9x15's on the back that fit fine

Not all flares are created equal--some are larger than others, and the details of installation can change how much space there is and where. Since you have the car already, measure how much clearance you have on each side of the rear tires, both inboard and outboard. (These cars are almost never perfectly symmetrical, so one side is usually tighter than the other.)

Then check the tire size and measure the wheel size and backspacing. Ask the seller what the backspacing is on those wheels; that will tell you how much room the wheels will need on the inboard side and on the outboard side. Compare those figures to how much room you have. Throw in at least a quarter-inch all the way around to make sure that there is room for everything to shift and move, and you should have some idea if the wheels will fit decently.
