914 hibernation

Just brought my 73 914 1.7 with 18k back to life.
Replaced all fuel lines
Cleaned tank
Rebuilt(cleaned) fuel pump
Cleaned up injectors


The problem I'm having is no fast warm up idle(no cold enrichment).
It seems as though the computer thinks the engine is warmed up.
It idles from cold at 800 rpms. I think it has something to do with temp sensors or the manifold pressure sensor?

Check your vacuum lines. If they are old and crappy, it can do all sorts of funky stuff, this is more likely than the other stuff you mention.

Check the CHT sensor.
