1.7 to 1.8, keeping FI
 
If my 1.7 is shot, and I have a good 1.8, can I swap all the FI from the 1.7 to the 1.8 long block and expect it to work?

Any thought, suggestions or comments would help.

Yeah...but the 1.8 has less Horse power and you may break or strip some of the sensors when removing them....
