Renegade Orange Company Car Specs. (someone build one for me please)

Hope Renegade doesn't mind, but I copied this out of the Porschev group on yahoo....I would like one of these please

i'll even pay $8k for one...

What would someone charge me to build one like this (11's in the ¼ and fully streetable)?

Scot

Stock orange 914... Well not any more!

Engine:
460 HP/350 FPT Chevy small block 350.
Roller rocker, roller cam.
10.5 to 1 compression
Aluminum heads and intake.
Holley Commander 950 injection system (soon to be installed)
0 to 60 = 3.9 seconds in one gear with the last transaxle (custom 914 "boom"
no longer)
1/4 mile in the mid to high 11's. I shift slow to take care of the last
transaxle.

(New) Transaxle:
930 four speed, with flipped ring and pinion.
stock 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, but tall custom 4th.
Short bellhousing
Short main shaft
ZF limited slip
Electric Speedo modification.
Renegade's new solid linkage shift kit for 914 to 915/930 trans. (Almost
done)

Clutch:
Kevlar Renegade custom High Performance disc.
Light weight, all aluminum, stage II, short, pressure plate
Lightened 930 to Chevy flywheel.
Stock 930 TO bearing.

Suspension, brakes, rims and tires:
200 pound rear Renegade custom coil over springs with Bilstein perch
selectable rear shocks.
Four wheel 911SC vented calipers, rotors, and 911SC front struts with
Bilstein sport inserts.
911 late front sway bar.
Renegade's new parking brake (almost done).
7 x 16 inch Fuchs.
205 x 40 x 16 Toyo Proxies or Kumho 712 tires.
Rolled rear fenders.

Interior:
Renegade Sport seats with five point harness provisions and shorty bottom
pads.
Deist five point harness belts and cross bar.
Renegade four inch steering wheel extender and Grant wheel.
CD player
Heater
Custom Renegade gage cluster
Complete spotter to drivers helmet Motorola two way radio system.

Otherwise it's really just a stock 914. (-:

We are building a complete race car from the ground up so this car will not
be equipped with a roll cage, or chassis stiffening. If I get it back out
on the track a few more times, it would be nice, but we really want to have
a competitive car and this one is to nice to cut up. So, it will always
remain a street driven show car.

I know Scott (nice guy) and that orange car. Had in filling my rear view mirror going up mulholland once.
Anyone ever seen a dyno sheet for that motor? 460 Hp is a lot of ponies......

Hey Sammy,

You need to add something to your signature line, that one is boring......when will we see "twin-turbo'd" or "supercharged"
or "aluminum SBC"
????

Ummm, should I post the video again???

Sure, why not -- Scott's 914/V8 is the orange one that blows by doing about double the speed limit on PCH up in Malibu near Pepperdine. Lucky for him the Malibu Sheriff was at Starbucks or something.

The video is taken from inside Mike Z's former 914/6 3.0 "The Rocket" (now owned by Tom Messick) and the other white 914 is the former 914ZX (carbed 300ZX V6) of Steve Malm.

Mike Z and I were nearby in our 911's trying to stay out of the way.

Click here for the video (8mb MPEG)

Actually I was trying to not get arrested. That is one of the most heavily patrolled areas I know of. Of the many speeding tickets I have gotten over the years.....I have gotten a higher percentage in that area.....only took what, 5 tickets over 20 years for me to figure THAT out....

The new owner of the Rocket was taking it easy on the car.....I would have been pounding the rev limiter in his place.....
