FYI spotted a 914-6 s/f

Just passing along an lead for a 914-6 I saw on the Wire Wheel Classics site. Although I've visited the place, I know nothing about the business. This is not an endorsement ect., ect.

could that be a real euro model? no side markers, no engine letters, vw porsche emblem. green engine tin, is that a 911 E engine?

i have paper work for mine that says it was bought from a dealership by a serviceman in germany and he shipped it back in '71. mine has the side markers. but then again, a lot can happen to a car in 32 years!!

i wish i had the $, i'd buy everyone i saw!!

It looks to be a euro-spec car.

Euro-spec cards had no side makers, no P-O-R-S-C-H-E letters on the engine lid grill, and the VW-Porsche script.

All six cars did have sail panel vinyl, so it looks as if a PO removed it.

I called, the car has sold.

Regards,

Karl Ellzey
