Clutch and flywheel question
I'm a first timer as far as the clutch job is concerned, and this article made the job much less daunting. I do have one issue or question related to the flywheel and its pilot bearing. This tech article states to hammer it in "flush" with the surface, but my Haynes manual seems to indicate a gap should be left at the top, presumably for the felt washer. Is either method OK?

Yes, I think either way is fine. I've seen flywheels come out with no space - the felt washer is simply compressed there.
