Turn signal relay and blinker
 
Can anyone tell me where the turn signal blinker is on a 1971. I have found the
Turn signal relay but where is the blinker.

not sure what you are asking, relays at fuse block

There is no separate turn signal relay from the flasher, they are the same part. As Tobra said, the flasher is on top of the fuse panel.
