Somebody should contact the DEA. It would take a lot of speed to dream that up, think it was a good idea, and actually execute the entire project.

(It is d*mn funny, though.)

Jim Smolka 03-08-2002 02:51 AM

Let see here,

No seat belts,
Shifter on the left?
Single barrell Carb

OK, I will give him $100 for the nice rear bumber.

Would PCA accept this machine for mmbership? I think it would be fun seeing it parked in a line of 911's!

I wonder how it handles?

piperpilotduane 03-08-2002 12:54 PM

HEY GUYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE!! THIS IS WHAT WE CAN DO WITH THE OLD RUSTED OUT FRAMES WE HAVE IN THE BACK YARD.

OR IF YOUR FRONT IS SMASHED!!

There truly is a market for anything.

URY914 03-08-2002 01:23 PM

See what "minor rust" can lead to. I would love to take it to the PCA Parade and enter in the concours.

rdvnac 03-08-2002 02:03 PM

Concours!

Ury, I am still laughing 5 minutes after I read your post about entering this thing in concours.

I am having a great time picturing the expression on the faces of some of the CWs I know as I wheel up in that thing.

What's the bidding up to? It just might be worth it....;-)

We would welcome IT at our Roadglue meets...anything 914 after all...no matter how kinky...is welcome.

Thinka what the motorcycle community must be thinking...

Gives new meaning to our transitional cars...

Not a real Porsche, not a real VW, not a real motorcycle...

NARP, NARVW, NARMC

The seat might be the rear seat from a beetle...

DrEBerg 03-08-2002 04:25 PM

HEY, do you think he could make one for me out of 68 VW camper van? The kids could nap in the back as i live out my biker fantasy.
Imagine that at the next big weekend at Watkins Glen NY

This is also on the 911 BBS and they're having a real blast bashing a 914. I want to do it to an '72 911s and hear them all cry then. Pay backs are hell.

JayDarden 03-08-2002 07:00 PM

This car, er. . trike is just up the street from me - Now I know why I don't see any teeners around here, Dr. Frankenstein lives in south Fl.

The only good thing about the trike I can think of, is that it doesn't leak any more than the standard 914 when it rains.

If anyone wants to buy it I will check it out for you - if you don't mind my laughing. ;)

Ron Meier 03-09-2002 06:42 AM

Obviously another case of "no life" and "to much time on his/her hands".

Musta been some really bad crack or really good LSD in FL .

I wonder if this is another case of "alien abduction"? Where's Fox Mulder when we need him?
