Front bumpers and fog/driving lights

First of all, this info exchange is great! I'm getting lots of tips by just reading the other's questions and answers. Now, my 73 has solid fiberglass bumpers. There are indentations where the fog/driving lights should be. I read in another message that the wiring is pre-installed but will have to do some digging to find where it terminates under the dash to add a switch. To add lights am I correct to assume a kit will include (or can be obtained) the grill? And then do I just cut out the indentation? I don't really need the lights but the plain black bumper looks terrible.
