Question Restoration Shops

My '73 2.0 is in pretty good shape, with no structural rust that I can find and only a couple of surface bubbles, and the top end was just rebuilt by one of the better East Coast shops. I plan to keep this car for the "long haul" and have thus started thinking about the next thing I want to do: New Paint. That, of course, leads me to looking at everything from a quick and cheap repaint, to a bear metal, glass out high end paint job, to a full frame off restoration.

It would seem to me that a frame off restoration is the way to go since I want to keep it. This method I would guess would find every bit of rust and give me a more secure feeling.

Can someone recommend a shop that does this type work, preferably on the East Coast? Any idea what to expect in cost? Any and all advice welcome.
