what is the bolt 4 bolt pattern (4X1??)

what's the bolt for 4's, whats the max rim size? and max tire.

The bolt circle is 4x130 (same as a bug). Max rim width depends on offset and your particular car. I would say 6", but with a slight rolling of the fenders, 7" can work. The largest tire would be a 205-60 on a 15" wheel.

If you want to put a 205-50/15 on your 914 I would recommend getting a set of steel wheels and having the 5.5 rims removed and a set of seven inch rims welded on. This way you can get any off set you like. I have seen a seven inch after market alloy rim made by CSA I'm not sure where it is sold but you might want to look into that as it fit on a 914 quite nicely with a 215-40/16 on the rear.
