What size thread?

I'm missing the bolt from my spare tire hold down. I have the round thing, but no bolt.

Until I can go out and find a concours quality hold down bolt, I thought that I would fashion something from parts found at the local hardware store.

Does anyone know the size of the thread on this bolt?
