How do I get the e-brake off

OK. I got my car running. Now to fix the little details.

The e-brake handle is frozen. I need to take it off. Is there a diagram or instructions somewhere on how to do this?

If the Ebrake cables are rusted solid, you can just cut them.

remove dr seat. fold up the carpeting on the dr side threshold. spray every fastener with a GOOD penetrent, wait til tomorrow. you have to disconnect the l&r caliper ebrake cables from from the T shaped piece attached to the single cable on the rear of the brake handle. remove handle fasteners. don't break any bolts.
