Start at 15ftlbs. on each side doing the bottom row from center out, then the top row from center out skipping back and forth. Step up to 20lbs. changing sequence to crisscrossing center nuts top and bottom, then outer nuts same way, and finish at 23 stone cold. Recheck later.
