Ok, I've checked out a bunch of hardware stores and my local FLAPS....nobody had one.

Is this something you buy as a ready made tool or do you make it yourself out of a piece of bar stock?

Well I just checked out the Sears Craftsman site and they have a 3 piece set for $14.99....so I guess you can buy them....
