aftermarket rear valences, pics?

hey everybody, I'm looking for a new rear valence, since mine is all mangled. I kinda want something bigger and more slick looking than the stock ones; probably fiberglass. I haven't seen many around, are they out there? got any pics? thanks...

Other than the usual notched (stock), unnotched (aftermarket), and thru-hole/early 914-6 fiberglass valences, there really isn't anything out there "unique." There isn't much of a market for "... bigger and more slick looking" 914 rear valences, unless you're in the mood to start one.

You could convert to a fiberglass 916-style rear bumper, but that's a whole different solution ...

Check out Pelican Parts, Performance Products, and Tweeks to see what your choices are.

hmmm. interesting. It just seems that with all these big front airdams I see around, there would be some valences to go along with them. The stock ones just seem a bit plain, you know... and the 916 bumpers are just ugly, imo. I guess I'll just keep looking around.

Get ahold of Jim Chambers. He is here at parade but will be back therein Portland for the Sat in Monmouth. He has a couple of rear bumpers that include the nrear valance, fiberglass. Could look really neat. email jimchambers41@hotmail.com

I kinda like the "no valence" look...shows off the trans and the header w/ race muffler.

Or, perhaps something like this -- now that's the ticket

I'm with Chris here.
Helps keep the motor temps down, me thinks.
