A little off topic, but close

I can relate to this guy. I just wish I could understand him.
Oh, and he has a 914.

Go to the CC captions on the bottom of the You Tube screen and convert to English. It's close enough to understand most of what he is saying.

He's got a Carrera RS motor in the Bug.

I saw a 915 box in the Teener, with a home-brew shift linkage. The commentator said it had 3 kilograms per PS, which is just under 7 lbs/hp. Pretty good power to weight. I think the 914 also has a 928 V8 in it, but it is registered as a 914-6? Something like that. (And the rear panel of the car has a 928 badge on it as well.)
