The real me. I have never shown this pic to anybody because I felt it was "bragging", but after the guy above me posted his pic in front of "Bucky's dream season team" I thought it was ok to post this pick of me in my Dick Barbour crew uniform. This pic is on the Dick Barbour website and was not taken by anybody I know. The ALMS has pro photo guy's who run around. I cropped out the other crew members.

We had just finished eating that NICE catered lunch (they feed you during the race) and I was standing there semi stretching and this guy flops down on the ground in front of us and snaps away....I was thinking.... FREAK, then one of the other crew members a week or so later tells me "our" pic is on the web site.

I laughed and kept a copy of it.

Those where the days. Rumor has it Barbour is going Indy racing in the next year or so. I'll try to land a job with them again.

That's nothin'. 914s have a trunk that's even larger in front--plus one in the back! And there's always the traditional 914-owner's pic: The owner, standing in the engine bay. (After removing the engine--usually.) And we don't even have to photo-chop the pics for that! ;)
