Is Elec Control Unit bad?
 

Help: Anyone I can't get this 1.7 L to accelerate? What I have done: all new ignition parts + coil and Pertronics module. Overhauled Dist ( cleaned lube advance weights). New F.I. wiring harness. Checked TPS, MPS, temp sensors-2.
When I disconnected TPS she runs with no acceleration. Reconnect TPS same prob.
Is this my ECU gone bad?

Probably not the ECU. Keep looking...possibly a fuel delivery issue - kinked fuel line, clogged filter? Have you confirmed fuel pressure?

I will check the fuel system. Thanks for the info.
