Billet clutch cable wheel
Any one know where I can get one? I'm not sure about the Patrick one, but if that's all there is, I can do that.

Dimensions
Kevin, try these. I made AutoCAD dawing about it some time ago when I planned to build one from billet aluminum.
Let me know if you need the original AutoCAD file. ![]() Sorry, there seems to be some kind of problems with the aspect ratio in the pic.

Does the center hole have a bushing or bearing in your plans? If an off-the-shelf item cannot be found, I will make a small run of 25.

Milt, on the stock wheel there is a steel bushing so the pivot shaft won't wear. Make sure the width of the center allows the bushing to be slightly wider than the wheel so the wavy washer can be tightened and that the interference nut has a thread exposed when tightened and the wheel can turn freely.

Make one with a roller bearing in the middle that will fit over the existing mounting bolt on the roller housing.
Put me down for one. Regards,

The pulley that I dimensioned showed a .080 inch or 2.0mm offset.
