vanagon/ 914 2.0l 94mm cylinder...same?

Does anyone know if a 1980 vanagon 2.0l 94mm cylinder is the same as a stock 914 2.0l 94mm cylinder...? just the cylinder is in question...trying to find a fix to replace a single "bad" cylinder...
thanks.

hey jim, depending on the answer I will call to hook up over the weekend...thanks

Yes, both cylinders share the same "039" part number....ensure the cylinder height is the same on both of them though.
