Porsche Crest Will these wheels fit a 914?

with 195/65/15s? They are intended for a bug I think.

They have the right 130mm bolt pattern. You're problem may be the offset. Good luck trying to get an answer from the manufacturer.

It depends on the offset.

Most VW bug rims sit too close to the fender lip. If you don't mind pulling the fender out a little or rolling the fender lip, then you should be fine.

Those are nice looking rims.

If by "pulling a little" you mean "move it outward an inch", you're right.

Most Bug-offset wheels will only fit 165s under stock fenders. If you want to go wider, you either need different wheels or flared fenders.

The web page shows the wheel is 15x5, I would think you could shoehorn on a 195x60 tire. They weigh 6.1KG or 13.45 pounds each. As othes stated offset/backspacing will be the key to fit on your car.

I dunno what the conversion to yen is, but I'd guess they are in the ballpark of $200 each. If that's the case I'd be looking for some panasports or compomotive wheels (if you are looking for new wheels or something a little different).

Sorry the US website is:

http://www.mooneyesusa.com/

Click on "Flat4VWparts"

They are $195.00 each I just thought they might look cool, but it sounds like the offset is too far off.

What is it with me and cars that take un-obtainable offset wheels?

Oh well, I got about 10 or so "FOOKS" so I'll get by with those until I decide to "Get Serious" and 5 lug it.

Listed as 15x6 and $149 but not in stock at:
http://store.cip1.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=cali&Category_Code=*NP

I e-mailed them to see if they know the offset.
