Toronto area 914 (and others) Driver's ed

Ian Law runs this school in Whitby right around the corner from Mike's 914s. I have spoken to him about corporate gigs and stuff in the past, and I thought I might organize a 914/whatever ya got day with him. He seems like a good guy, and has been doing this for awhile. Though the idea of publicity seems to offend Mike times, ;-) I may be able to convince Mike's 914s to host a mini-swap meet, BBQ or such the same day. Anyone interested in attending a 1 day 914 classroom/skidpad/autocross school, lets say early in May 2003?

Hey Dave, you can count me in!
You might want to hold it a little bit later (say June) so that people have time to work the bugs out of their teeners. Not that you are going to have any problems with your fresh ride!

Good Point about timing. June keeps it away from Herhsey PA (April 26) and the May two-four. There's enough of us to fill a class, so I'll pursue this with Ian, and keep everyone posted off line, then post here again when the arrangements are made. Mike's into it too. Regarding my ride... good point. It will be very fresh indeed, I'll need some shakedown time for sure.

All: We have plenty of interest, so I've grabbed June 7 subject to Durham college confirming in the next week or two with Ian that there isn't a conflict. (A formality) I'll then get organized and maybe set up a site with info. Might be some Lotii there too.
