Before replacing both your balls with a Mono-ball, it is important that you firmly grasp both your balls in your left hand....

and youz guys think *I'm* a ding a ling......

To install mono balls, remove the multi-balls, installation is the reverse....whut could be simpler?:D

On a more serious note. Tho I'm no suspension guru, I question the advisibility of this mod. There are, I think, better things to do there. The offset strut mount is what I have in mind. I haven't gotten my grubbies on the offset mount yet, tho.

I've only seen pictures of the mono-balls, but it seems simple enuff. Remove the rubber (I light fires) from the strut mount and stick the mono in its place.

Following the directions is another option.
I find this can be challenging as many of these goodies don't have any. These vendors seem to think that we have a clue as to WTF we are doing.

You might mark out the location of your existing shock mounts if you believe your alignment to be good. That way you can bolt up the mono ball in the exact place. There is a good set ot instructions in the tech articles about strut replacement. Just follow the first few steps.

Edit: Here's the front strut instructions ( I had something else in here earlier, sorry):http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/911_914_strut_removal/911_914_strut_removal.htm

I put the top mount in a press and "pop" the rubber center out.

Pretty easy.

You could probably do this in a vice also.

Is this what you where looking for ??
