excellence mag
For a while now, and from time to time, I've been interested in subscribing to the end- all, be- all mag "Excellence". I'd make a search- not find a site on which to subscribe-get disinterested & move on to other matters.
All I'd find is a phone number ( i.e no well represented web-site) to call. Has the internet not yet found its way to Ross California? Does anyone have an internet site for subscription purposes? Just curious. ///econo |

AFAIK Excellence has no website...
But if you want to subscribe, you could use the coupon that's inside the magazine ![]() Cheers, Jeroen |

I'm one block from them. The web is here... I promise.
There is a phone number in the front of the mag you can call. They are not located in "Ross".. Ross is the name of the publishing company "Ross Publshing". They are in Novato, Ca. 94949 B |

Look around some and I think you'll find a coupon for a free issue and six issues at a reduced price. Anyone help him? I used mine.

Stan actually sits in another building that is linked by phone to the corporate office down the street. It wouldnt surprise me if that satellite office is "cut off".. on purpose.. LOL

I find it quite baffling when just about any kind of business, or person between the age of 10 and 70, doesn't have a web site and/or email. I guess there is still a sizable portion of the populace that is somewhat "technophobic".
I recently had to fax an address change to Excellence/Ross because they did not update my info in a timely fashion (they probably keep their subscriber list on clay tablets). They were the only one out of umteen publications where I lost an issue and had to "nag" to get the address change processed (6 months later). And, they never sent the issue I missed. I still like the magazine though and have subscribed since 1992 or so...

Thanks for the various replies to my request. I re-read my question, and it reads a bit harsh. It was born, I guess, from frustration. I still find it surprising that in this day & age that a publication wouldn't make it as easy as possible to increase their readership.
BTW, Brad, I checked their address, and it shows " Ross, Ca." /// econo |

Yes. The PO Box for subscriptions is in "Ross Ca." The offices are in Novato. Send it off. They will get it correct and you will be happy. Great publication and the feature editor (Pete Stout) is a 914 guy.
