This is a 2.0 Heat exchanger right?
 I'm pretty sure it is, I'm also pretty sure that it is not stainless as my dad thought.

Yes - 2.0 (the tubes aft of the heat cover are straight). No - not stainless - looks like plain old factory original.

 That's what I thought.I'm pretty sure the flange is going to crumple in my hand when I try to change the muffler. Wonder if soaking it with PB Blaster for three weeks will do me any good. R |

Has any one tried to have new flanges made and welded on. If so can you give me an idea of how cost effective it was.
