This is a 2.0 Heat exchanger right?



I'm pretty sure it is, I'm also pretty sure that it is not stainless as my dad thought.

Yes - 2.0 (the tubes aft of the heat cover are straight). No - not stainless - looks like plain old factory original.

That's what I thought.

I'm pretty sure the flange is going to crumple in my hand when I try to change the muffler. Wonder if soaking it with PB Blaster for three weeks will do me any good.

Has any one tried to have new flanges made and welded on. If so can you give me an idea of how cost effective it was.
