Anyone know an alternative to PCG fuel line clamps?
On CIS-equipped cars, there are several "vacuum hoses" with 22mm O.D. / 18mm I.D. Most of the vac hoses use "fuel injection" style screw-and-nut clamps, like the one pictured below:
![]() This style of clamp is readily available on the aftermarket, most notably, the high quality zinc-plated and stainless steel versions available from ABA/Norma. The ABA clamps are a fraction of the cost of PCG parts, usually at 1/3rd or more cheaper, which adds up when you're replacing every single hose and clamp in the engine bay! The problem I'm having is I can only find these up to 18mm diameter. Does anyone know of a source that carries larger sizes in this style?

Genuine Porsche hose clamps are one of those items that I haven't been able to find decent alternatives to for less than I can get them from Porsche.
Example: I ordered 4 50mm hose clamps in the screw and nut style and they fedexed them straight to me from Germany for $0.80 total. |
