Need help again! I am removing the pedal cluster and I read the tech article but removing the clutch cable is giving me problems. It doesn't look like the ball end as on the accelerator pedal. Am supposed to pry on it? "Every time I break something it leads to another project" Thanks for your help.

The clutch cable end (at the pedal assembly) has a snap retaining clip that is also the pin for the clevis fork.
go to this link http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/shopcart/9144/por_9144_pedals_main.htm find clutch cable replacment parts and click the photo button. The part in question is pictured at the 8 o'clock position. Pry the clip up with your finger (ouch) or a tool of you choice and wiggle the clip/pin assembly out. Have fun
