2.0l heat exchangers.
The exchangers themselves are great, but the rusty muffler seems to have spread to the flanges. I know I should replace them with stainless, but I'd like to spend the money inside the engine right now. Could anyone here cut replacements using a gasket as a pttern so I could have them welded on?

Oh no, sorry (I have some of the 75 parts) but this is for a set of 73 HE for my back date project.

I probably could if you can wait a while. I have a newish set of SS exchangers that are going to replace the stock ones. As soon as I put them on, I could probably cut one off for you.

Duck,
Drop Brad an email. I heard him saying something about replacing some flanges on a set of old SSI HE's with SS units for a nominal fee.
