Steering Wheel adaptor fit 914?

Could any of you folks tell me if this adaptor is for a 914.

The splined bore measures about .690" and is much smaller than 911, has a taper towards the clamshell. The diameter at the clamshell is just under 3".

I'd like to sell it with a steering wheel I have but I'm not certain if it's for a 914, it certainly isn't 911.

Thx!

I think this splines are different for early and late . Early 911 up to 73 will fit 914 up to 72.

Thanks you guys, I appreciate your feed back.

If I convert the inside dia of my spline bore its about .690" or 17.7 mm. So much smaller than your 21.55mm.

I'm in need of a steering wheel for one of my project cars and I was hoping to sell this one to fund the purchase of the new one. Problem is I don't what it fits. I bought it on eBay but the wheel is absolutely tiny, almost like intended for a formula car, so I got to thinking something early given the small steering shaft diameter.
