Actually, I kinda like this feature. There have been times when I asked a technical question in that area and it went unnoticed for a long time (only so many eyes, so many hours).
The only problem is that I don't see where the questioner is being directed to this forum for the answer. So even if we do answer the question, it may not get seen. |

Basically, if someone goes to a tech article and clicks "ask a question", the question very often ends up in the forum dedicated to the car model the tech article is for.
