Never order parts from MOFOCO.
 

This is a copy of an e-mail that I have sent to MOFOCO. I am posting this in order to warn people of the problems I have had to deal with in order to get the parts I need. I hope that no-one else has had to endure what has happened to me. I will keep you posted on the response. Thank you for your time.

Dear MOFOCO,

I recently attempted to order a set of rings and a cam for my type four 2.0 motor and have run into nothing but problems with your employees and you ordering process. I originally initiated the order in the begining of august and was told I would receive my order in one week. One week later I still did not have my parts (keep in mind I don't have a vehicle). I called every day to find out the situation keeping good faith that your company would come through and ship me my parts in a timely manner. It's been four weeks since I placed my order and I still do not have my parts. I called to see what was going on and was told someone had misplaced the cam spec and my cam could not be ground. Someone could have told me this three weeks ago! Also the total order (cam and rings) had been charged twice to my master card. Two separate charges of $135. After that ordeal I had told your employee named.... and that I needed at least the piston rings A.S.A.P. and he said that it
would be shipped out next day air at no additional charge to me. That never happened. This means that I won't get my parts until next week and this is not acceptable! I needed these by at least friday. I don't want
a discount and I don't want anything else from your company. It is not about the money! It is about the ethics of your company. I will make sure that I, nor anyone I know will order anything again from your company.
