914-6 Rust Repair

Hello-- longtime lurker and Porsche fan, mainly 911ís Ö but opportunity knocks
Pseudo Barn-find,

I am in the process of picking up a 1970 914-6 in need of rust repair, minor hell-hole issues but I suspect the driverís longitude and maybe pan needs major repairs; seems water has gathered in the driverís side corner by the parking brake I expect the worse in that area but the rest of the car seems pretty free of rust. Fenders look clean and the trunk and taillights area looks super clean with original paint. It has been in the high desert California, AZ all its life, sadly it has been parked under a tree for the past 3 years, it was running with a bad fuel pump when parked.
The car is complete with the exception of the velour interior, has 75K miles on the odometer and seems to have never been in an accident or fender bender.
I want to get her back on the road, not trying to win any any shows
Questions for the forum:
Guesses, estimates, suggestions on the metal work repairs.
How much can I expect to spend on just the metal work specific to the aforementioned rust concerns. Ie complete longitude and jack post repairs on driver's side and Hell-hole. Might as well reinforce the rear suspension while we are in thereÖ
I am in Phoenix looking for a shop capable and competent to complete the repairs.
Patrick Motorsports is on my list, they will be the first to look at car when I get it.
Also found Deluxe Custom in Tempe, but from their reviews they may only like to work on Bugs, Buses and 356ís
Apologies for the vague / broad questions just trying to size up the project.
Trying to finalize the deal in the next few days, wish me luck.
Thanks
PS, I posted a thread on market value a few days ago.

The cost will be "a lot". The chassis needs to be braced and supported, the bad old metal cut out, more bad metal found, and cut out, and new metal welded in. Restoration Design makes a ton of replacement panels of high quality. Pelican can get them for you. A lot of the places you want to work on are complex with multiple layers (especially the hell hole area) which makes fabricating patch panels yourself more of a challenge.

Patrick has a lot of experience, particularly with race cars. Not sure offhand about body work specifically in that area.

Patrick Motorsports were rude and unconcerned when I visited a few years ago.
Quotes were brutally expensive for driver quality.
