Tire size question

I have a 914/6 with gt flares running 8 x 16 replica fuch wheels all the way around. The tires are 225 40 16 on all 4 wheels. I need new tires and that size is unavailable. Any suggestions on alternate sizes that will work? 225 45 16 are available.

Thanks

That's only a little larger in overall diameter (should be less than an inch) so they should work decently. You may be able to find different widths (205 or 245) with various aspect ratios that would give you an even closer diameter to what you have.
