How about media blasting followed by paint or powder coating? I am not a real fan of polished wheels in most cases. Just an opinion.

Thumbs up

Thanks Guys for your input. it's strating to look like what I already thought, A lot of elbow grease and time. I like the media blasting Idea, but I don't know of any place locally I can have it done.
Anyone else with other ideas PLEASE post them. I like these rims but they look pretty ruff.

Thanks again Chris

These are my current wheels. They looked sad when I started but after about 4-5 hours per wheel this is what they look like. 2 tubs Mothers polish, my drill and a 3 buffing pads. Lots of flinging polish and cursing

I want to take my extra set of 2.0 fuch's and polish the outer lip, and paint/powdercoat the whole insides flat black. These are going to be my track wheels. Anybody with photoshop care to create an image of this for me?

Thanks in advance Ferg.

Ferg, those are damn nice looking. I can relate too, when I got my Fuchs they were painted black like usual. I wanted mine to look like yours more or less. So, I started working on them. I spent about 5 hours per wheel and they still don't look as nice as yours.

The anodyzing on mine was in real bad shape so I went to work polishing it off.

In the end, they look pretty nice. I do however want them nicer and I think I'll end up paying someone to do it.
