904 main shaft
We have a 904 main shaft that we are not quite sure what to do with. Tranny is now a 73 side shift so it should have an "F" second so no real need to put in an "E" second. Wondering what the value is of a NOS 904 main shaft. May sell it and put the money into other areas.

An update of the 904 main shaft. I was just at my friends and the shaft is used not NOS so sorry for that one. It is however in excellent shape. I will post a couple of pictures as soon as I can get them off my camera.

do any of you 904 mainshafters know a shop that cuts and welds the 2nd gear? Its got to be less than the mainshaft.

Recently a shop ( believe in Colorado) advertsied on Pelican they have made a load of these for sale........Perhaps they would....Do a search I am sure you will locate them.

Chris Foley of CFR racing in CT cuts the gears off of the stock shafts and welds on what ever you want. He is tha same guy who makes Tangerine headers.
