need help from oldskool pelican members!

i think it was in about 2001 a regular here posted pics of his mate and a grizzly bear that he shot that was charging at him. There was a few shots including one of the hunter holding the bears massive paw in his own 2 hands. I tried to do a search but i cant find it and its really bugging me cos only in the last 3 weeks i've been emailed these pics twice with a similar story but also showing a half eaten guy that was supposed to the last meal :rollseyes:. Can anyone find the thread?? Im sure it was in the 924/944 forum as a OT???

I heard the Alaskan game reserve was out looking for that Bear cause it killed a human.

The thing could look in a second story window when on it's hind legs. They said it was as tall as an 18-wheeler and weighted over 1000 pounds.

It was a record Bear - there are not that many that big!

so the bear actually ate some guy? and then was gonna attack the guy who shot it? i dont get the story.....or did the bear just try and attack him and he shot it? no dead humans? confused....
