Driving With One Rear Hatch Pin OK?

Just broke a rear hatch pin (#*&@$!) - and replacement parts won't be arriving for a few days.

In the meantime...I'd like to drive the car around a bit - but want to make sure that aerodynamics won't cause undue deflection/flapping/etc. of one side of the hatch, which could lead to further problems (like hatch delamination).

At any rate...I'll drive conservatively and will pay attention to any undue hatch noises or movements - but in the meantime want to pick some brains about this. Thanks!

I would be a bit more worried about the carbon monoxide entering the rear. Drive with the windows down and a CO detector in the passenger seat.

Not that George needs confirmation, but that is exactly what will happen. The hatch is fine, the downforce actually helps keep it closed - it's the CO2 infiltration from the opening you need to worry about.
