Another Wont Run 924s post....

Hey all looking for a little help with my 87 924s.
I apologize if its a bit long but trying to cover all that happened to date with no luck...
Background...
Was having random issues where the vehicle would loose power and shut off while driving..it was very intermittent. (and is/was a daily driver).
The intermittent shut down began to happen more frequently, especially under hard acceleration.
Then one day... car just cut off immediately after ignition.
What I've done.. (based on recommendations)
replaced DME relay.
replaced fuel pump
replaced the fuel line with banjo bolt.
replaced the fuel filter.
Removed bolt on fuel rail on engine and saw fuel (didn't measure pressure but a lot came out on ignition)
Removed and cleaned/ sanded all plugs (light carbon buildup) and ensured gaped to about .030.
Did fine where the distributor wasn't totally locked in at top. so removed distributor to make sure set screw on ignition rotor was secure. (did find dust cover located behind the rotor was in bad shape).
Checked both the speed sensor and reference sensor to verify they were at 1000 +ohms (but that was with vehicle off). Didn't check the gap of them.

Reassembled everything.. now car will fire up, and run about 30 seconds.. then shut off.. not sputter or anything..

Did try the 'paper clip' jumper on the DME Relay.. but car would barely even fire up with it in place.
What else do I need to check.. because up to this point its been quite an education.

I replaced most of what you've done, but it was when I replaced both battery cables and cleaned the grounds good. Especially the negative ground, and so far so good it's started every time. I know chasing it down is a pain, good luck with it...
