New to me 1987 944 Turbo option questions

I'm pretty sure the answer to both questions is no but wanted to double check with the experts on here.

The car I bought has the following options:
158 Blaupunkt Reno SQR 46 cassette-radio
454 automatic speed control
650 detached roof panel
946 leather front seats.

Does this mean my car did not come with:

1. Air Conditioning - The AC compressor appears to be missing... go figure.
2. Anti-Lock brakes - I thought I saw an ABS light come on. (can't remember exactly, the car has been in the shop for over a month now for other issues) Also, I did stomp on the brakes in the rain to test and the tires did indeed lock up.

Thanks again, it just seems crazy to me that a car like this would have shipped to CA with no ABS or air conditioning.

Iirc Air Con and ABS were standard in ‘87, therefore they were not an “option”.

Unlikely to have ABS, it was an option, not standard.

All US spec Turbos have A/C and dual airbags.

ABS did not become standard in North America until 1989, when it was standard on all 944 models. (It was standard on the '88 Turbo S however).

ABS was option 593 and cost about 4.5k USD when adjusted for inflation.

Maybe your car has a replacement cluster from an ABS car, and the wiring to close the warning light circuit was not done correctly?
