engine stumbles and o2 sensor questions
 

I have a new to me 968 that has a stumble that is especially bad when cold. I have attached a video, sorry I left the door open and the car is beeping. gets a little better after the car is driven for awhile.

Also I replaced the o2 sensor and the color looked a little off from other cars I have changed. Wondering if this is telling me something?
