951 head/cam on NA engine?

about to rebuild a 951 engine for my 951 track car. believe the head gasket leak caused severe damage to one of the cyl.

got this car for the block to rebuild the 951 engine. but when it started after sitting for 2 years now think I'll fix it. will need to pull engine to replace flex plate, it is an 87 924S with an auto. intend to totally gut this car to be a DE/track car.

I got another used complete 951 engine to rebuild for the 951.

so I'll have an extra 951 head/cam tower when done.

got me wondering if putting a 951 head/cam on this NA motor would do anything to improve performance. in particular if I get a new set of higher compression pistons.

dont think I want to build another 951 engine for it, but if I can use the parts I have and add a few things to get some more power out of it .....

just toying with ideas. will initially focus on rebuilding the engine for my 951 track car, then decide what to do with this one.

dont want to put much money into it as I am turning the corner on the restoration and modification of my 78 930 project. that is where my serious work and money will go.

current nick name is 'creature from the black lagoon'.

The 951 and the na heads are identical apart from the 951 head having ceramic liners in the exhaust ports. I’ve heard performance engine builders don’t like to use the 951 head on either engine, it doesn’t improve an na, there is a risk of the ceramic coating breaking loose and causing turbo damage and there is no way to machine the exhaust ports for better flow.
