1990 S2 Cabrio clutch question

We recently bought a Porsche 944 S2 Cabrio with 102,000 miles on it. The car runs like a Swiss watch and we are very impressed with it so far, but it does have some clutch chatter out of 1st gear. It only happens pulling from a stop in 1st gear and it doesn't slip or judder in any other gear. It does seem to be more common in stop and go traffic when car is at full temperature. It doesn't do it at all if the car is cold. I have noticed that it is better if I just dump the clutch rather than trying to feather it out with acceleration. I understand that this is a common problem on the S2. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with a 100% fix for the problem. I understand clutch glazing, leaking seals, oil on clutch, etc.
Searching on here brings up a lot about it being a very common problem for the S2's with both old, and newly replaced clutches. It's really not a bad judder at all, and as stated a little bit quicker off the clutch usually has no problems.

I have the same thing in my 1990 S2 Cabrio --- my mechanic at Modderman (Mtn View, CA) said there was a trick to reduce the chatter, and it seemed to help -- but it was from driving it and how he applied the clutch or something. It didn't fix it but did seem to reduce. Recommend calling them and asking.

Usually clutch chatter is a result of hot spots on the flywheel. the disc doesn't grab smoothly thus it jumps up and down causing the so called chatter., the fix is resurfacing or changing out the flywheel to a new one . one with a fresh surface
