ECU compatibility question
Will any late 8v NA ECU work in an 88 924s or is there something really specific about the 924s ECU that I am missing. My ECU is Bosch# 0 261 200 086 and Porsche# 944 618 121 05. I just wanted to get my hands on a spare but this one seems pretty rare compared to all the others. Thanks

The 88 924S ECU is the same as the 88 944 ECU, one year only. ECUs from 1985/2 to 1987 will also work, but will not take advantage of the higher compression of the 88 engine.
